Golden Globe Nominations 2012

Golden Globe Nominations 2012
The Golden Globe nominations 2012 are out!

For George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio may the coming year one of her career highlights are par excellence. After the Critic's Choice and Screen Actors Guild Awards, the trio is now also available for the Golden Globes nominations.

With a role in "The Descendants" Clooney apparently has a huge coup, so he gets a nomination after another. DiCaprio is known as "J. Edgar "(Hoover) in the film nominated, while Brad Pitt for his role in the sports drama" Moneyball was proposed "in the main category.

So there is a battle for "Best Actor" (drama), where even Ryan Gosling (The Ides of March) and Michael Fassbender (Shame) have a say. All three superstars have been at least one Globe are in the cabinet, but only George Clooney won an Oscar by now. Gosling is also among the nominees in the category "Best Actor" (comedy) again.

In the women's categories can do including Meryl Streep as "Iron Lady" and Glenn Close for "Albert Nobbs' hopes for a golden globe. Other nominations went to Charlize Theron ("Young Adult"), Michelle Williams ("My Week With Marilyn") and Kate Winslet ("Carnage").

The best films (Drama and Musical / Comedy) will include "Moneyball," "The Ides of March", "Bridesmaids" and "Midnight in Paris" in the race.

We are especially pleased about "American Horror Story." The brand-new horror series has made it into the nominees for best drama series. Whether they can prevail against shows like "Games Of Thrones" and "Homeland"?

The Golden Globes Nominations 2012 were read out today by Gerard Butler, Rashida Jones, Sofia Vergara and Woody Harrelson. The Globes are traditionally regarded as a hint towards the Oscar ceremony. Whoever wins here also a great chance to win a golden boy has to take back home.

On 15 January 2012 held the ceremony in Los Angeles, Moderator is Ricky Gervais.
